Can I reach you after hours?
Yes. We offer an emergency contact line for urgent issues outside of business hours. Non-emergency inquiries are addressed during regular office hours.
Can you deposit rent payments directly into my account?
Absolutely. We offer secure direct deposit for all owner disbursements, ensuring fast and reliable payment.
Do I get to review or sign the lease?
Owners are welcome to review the lease prior to signing. We typically handle lease execution on your behalf, unless otherwise specified.
Do you offer real estate sales services as well?
Yes. If you're interested in buying or selling investment property, our experienced team can assist with your real estate goals in addition to property management.
How and when do I receive my payments?
Owner distributions are processed on a regular schedule—typically monthly—after rent is collected and any relevant expenses are deducted. Funds are sent via direct deposit or mailed checks based on your preference.
How is rent collected from tenants?
We provide tenants with multiple payment options, including a 24/7 online portal. Late payments are handled promptly and in accordance with lease terms.
How long are your standard lease terms?
Most lease agreements are for 12 months, but we can adjust the lease length depending on market trends and your preferences.
How much is the tenant’s security deposit?
Security deposits vary by property and tenant qualifications but are generally aligned with legal standards and market norms.
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can begin management as soon as the service agreement is signed and the property is rent-ready.
